Huckleberry’s Café, located in Wetaskiwin, Alberta, understands that we serve a highly intelligent customer base at our full-service steak and prime rib restaurant.
Our patrons understand there is a difference between average and high quality food and they also understand that we provide them with all-natural offerings from local sources whenever possible.
We take the all-natural approach very seriously as we carefully create sauces and dressings on the premise. Additionally, we ensure that everything on our menu is completely free of harsh preservatives and cheap chemically laden flavour enhancers.
Even our water is double-filtered, ensuring purity and cleanliness!
About Us
Huckleberry’s Café is a privately owned restaurant that serves patrons from all over Central Alberta. We were established in 1993, based on a vision and passion to create a fine dining restaurant committed to offering premium local market meats, fish, poultry, bison, berries and more.
Ten successful years later, The Bar H Lounge opened.
Our commitment to high quality food and a fine experience is able to be satisfied because Huckleberry’s Café is not a chain. Instead we focus on our existing location and never cut corners to reduce costs in order to increase operations.
Our Specialties
We offer so many favorites that keep our customers coming back year after year, month after month and week after week.
One of these items is our Dill Pickle Soup, made fresh every day. The cream-based soup is made with ground beef, shredded carrots and pickles. In addition to serving the world-famous soup in the restaurant, we also sell it in 1-litre take-home containers for just $14.50 or 2 $26
For dessert, look no further than our delectable Huckleberry pies. This treat, a favorite of Grizzly Bears, is made fresh daily. You may also purchase pies and jam to take home.
